First use

Open the white box on your left. Take bag No. 1, open the bag with scissors, inside you will find two Nasal Eq. Eptamed of different sizes. Take one of your choice and try inserting it gently into your nostrils, the device should touch the entire perimeter of your nostrils. If you notice that it is too small or large, replace it with the other one. The end result should look like the picture

You are now ready to perform the breathing exercise. With the device inserted in your nose, concentrate on breathing: inhale and exhale deeply with your nose, continue doing this exercise for 10 minutes trying to gradually increase the time you inspire and the time you let the air out of your nose.

At the end of the 10 minutes, open the white box on your right, take bag no. 2, open the bag with the scissors. Inside you will find a dental Eq. Eptamed. To make the insertion inside the mouth more pleasant, we recommend wetting it under water before putting it on. Now wet it and put the device on by inserting it between the dental arches as shown in the picture.

Now you are ready to perform the functional exercise as well: with the dental Eq. between the arches and the nasal Eq. in the nostrils lie on the floor on your back with your feet against the wall, legs at 45 degrees, arms at your sides and palms facing upwards. Correct position in the photo below.
Bring the tip of the tongue to the palate, inhale deeply through the nose, use your finger to close one nostril, exhale through the open nostril. Remove the finger holding the nostril closed and inhale deeply, close the other nostril and exhale through the open nostril. Repeat 20 times, alternating the nostril being closed each time.
After 10 days you will be ready to wear the Nasal Eq. Eptamed in combination with the dental Eq.Eptamed, also during the night. Do not forget to wear them at least 1 hour a day doing the recommended exercises.
Tooth soreness upon waking is normal and positive as the teeth are moving to a new balance. It will pass after about 20 minutes.
We suggest cleaning the devices with EptaClean detergent or equivalent before and after each use. If no detergent is available, we recommend rinsing thoroughly under running water by brushing for at least 10 seconds. WARNING: Should allergic symptoms or swelling of the gums occur, discontinue use immediately. Should the symptoms persist, contact your specialist. Read the package insert carefully.
