First use
Open the transparent box on your left. Take the bag No. 1, open the bag with scissors, inside you will find a Nasal Eq. Eptamed. Gently insert the Nasal Eq. Eptamed into your nose. The end result should be as shown in the picture.
You are now ready to perform the breathing exercise. With the device inserted in your nose, concentrate on breathing: inhale and exhale deeply through your nose, continue doing this exercise for 10 minutes trying to gradually increase, ever so slightly, the time you inspire and the time you let the air out of your nose. At the end of the 10 minutes, remove the Nasal Eq. Eptamed and put it back in its box.
Now take the bag No. 2 inside the box on the left. Open the bag with scissors, inside you will find
a dental Eq. Eptamed. To make the insertion inside the mouth more comfortable, we recommend
wetting it under water before putting it on. Now wet it and put the device on by inserting it
between the dental arches as shown in the picture.
Now you are ready to perform the chewing exercise: with the device between the jaws, do 10
minutes of exercises by lightly chewing on the Eq. Eptamed. Caution!!! the device must be
chewed lightly, as excessive force may cause it to break!!!
After 10 minutes, put the nasal device on again and hold both devices 1 hour passively.
After 10 days you will be ready to wear the Nasal Eq. Eptamed in combination with the dental device, even during the night. Do not forget to wear them at least 1 hour a day doing the recommended exercises.
Tooth soreness upon waking is normal and positive as the teeth are moving to a new equilibrium. It will pass after about 20 minutes.

Pass to the second box on the right (stiffer device)
After 6 months, or in the case the devices break, we recommend replacing them with those in the
box on the right.
We also recommend replacing the Eq. Eptamed when there are structural changes or tears that lead to a malfunction. In any case, the Eq. Eptamed should be replaced within 12 months after first use at the latest.

We recommend cleaning the devices with EptaClean detergent or equivalent before and after
each use.
In the absence of detergent, we recommend rinsing thoroughly under running water by brushing for at least 10 seconds.
